We are looking for a Customer Engineer to join a team focused on designing and enhancing data integration processes. In this role, you will create and maintain data pipelines and integration tools, aiming to help customers efficiently connect their data to a digital platform. This position blends hands-on software development with a strong focus on improving internal tools and reusable integration templates. An ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of experience in software development and data systems, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to solving integration challenges. Required Skills
2-4 years of professional experience in software engineering, with an emphasis on data and systems integration. Proficient in general-purpose programming languages with full-stack capability. Familiarity with building and maintaining data pipelines, APIs, databases, and deploying on cloud platforms. Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and support. Desired Skills
Background in customer-focused engineering roles, such as Solutions Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer, that require both coding and customer interaction. Experience at organizations with a strong data focus. Demonstrated ability to work on internal tooling or process automation projects. Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in working near revenue-generating operations and client outcomes. Compensation
Pay Range: $140,000 - $200,000 Benefits
