Summary: In this role, you will collaborate with Product Management and Business Operations to analyze and develop user stories and manage a product backlog for multiple products. You will participate in planning and design sessions, providing clarification on product requirements. You will work closely with the Product Owner/Manager to define and justify new product developments and projects. Responsibilities: Work independently as a liaison between end-users, product management, and development to elicit, analyze, and document user requirements, translating them into user stories. Collaborate with the Product Owner and stakeholders to maintain the health of the product backlog. Own team ceremonies such as grooming/refinement, planning, and pre-refinement. Participate in Agile ceremonies, leading discussions during sprint planning and user story refinement. Conduct gap analyses to identify cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements. Work with the development team to ensure the design aligns with customer needs. Provide timely responses to team questions during design, development, and QA testing. Create MS SQL queries to retrieve application data and identify discrepancies. Support stakeholders/end users during user acceptance testing, suggesting options to resolve issues. Collaborate with business owners and technical architects to set strategic product directions and scope projects. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. At least 5 years of relevant experience required. Minimum 2 years of Agile (Scrum or XP) business analysis experience with user stories and backlog management required. Strong skills in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements required. Experience with tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar for backlog management and story tracking required. Experience creating ADO dashboards for tracking progress and KPIs required. Knowledge of SQL/Integration, ETL, and UI is preferred. Knowledge of testing methodologies is preferred. Estimated Hiring Range: The current salary range for this role is $88,900 to $155,500, considering skills, experience, and organizational needs. This position is incentive eligible.
