Support the supervising Product Group Leader Support Procurement CoE and leadership in future state planning, focusing on managing the growth of business applications, resource management, and technology needs in procurement as a tech partner. Provide procurement with advice and supervision on landscape/needs assessments, actively discouraging the growth of technical debt, especially applications with overlapping functionalities or misaligned with the wider T&D landscape. Operate & reduce the number of applications from 45 to 19. Skills and Experience Required:
Required Broad in-depth knowledge of the Source to Contract process, including functional operations, implementation, and associated sub-capabilities such as ESG, Third Party Risk Management, Contracting, Sourcing, Data Science, and Analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with business leaders and partners, along with strong presentation skills. Influencing and subject matter expertise are essential. At least 5+ years of experience in defining and implementing best practices in Source to Pay processes, systems, and ecosystems, preferably including experience with procurement transformation or ERP implementation projects. Ability to estimate and develop TCO for Dev-Ops target states for product areas.
