The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is excited to invite a talented Delivery Consultant to join our dynamic team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this important role, you'll collaborate closely with customers to conceptualize, implement, and manage AWS solutions that fulfill both their technical requirements and business objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in steering customer success throughout their cloud journey, as you provide valuable technical guidance and share best practices across the project lifecycle. You should possess a deep understanding of AWS products and services, enabling you to architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Key responsibilities include: Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions that are specifically tailored to customer needs. Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor to customers by sharing insights on industry trends and emerging technologies. Contributing to knowledge sharing within the organization through mentoring, training, and the creation of reusable artifacts. Why join AWS? Minimum qualifications: 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Java, JavaScript, .Net, C++, YAML, JSON, TypeScript. 4+ years of experience in developing scalable CI/CD strategies using tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Harness. 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK. Proficiency with a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation). AWS Professional level certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) are preferred. Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Terraform, Python). Knowledge of security and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR). Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Hands-on experience with microservice and serverless architectures (Kubernetes, EKS, Docker, Lambda). Experience designing and implementing ETL and MLOps pipelines.
