Who We Are Looking For: Atkore's Digital Platforms IT team is looking for a Sr. Administrator, Salesforce for its location in Mokena-IL or Pittsburgh- PA. This position is a key contributor for the Digital Platforms IT group and will work closely with the Director of Digital Platforms to maintain and improve Atkore's Salesforce organization, promoting ease of use and global user adoption. This individual should be able to demonstrate broader vision and leadership skills as he/she is expected to eventually lead the organization in CRM best practices and roadmap development. What You'll Do: Responsible for Salesforce platform, release management and maintain multiple Salesforce orgs Own system architecture and system integration Responsible for system audit and compliance evidence requests Support in investigating upstream data need and resolution (i.e JDE, SQL) Promote configuration and code changes across environments Manage refresh schedules for nonproduction environments Manage Salesforce releases and assess environment impact/advantages Manage Salesforce security (profiles, roles, permissions etc.) and SSO needs Support Salesforce Governance through active participation in Change Review Board and Monthly Leader Meetings Partner with Salesforce Product Owner on the Business team to deliver key milestones on the Salesforce roadmap. Support design, develop and testing custom dev solutions Support partner need in setting up environment, development need and on-boarding into Salesforce platform Work with internal customers to deliver OOB configuration needs. Create dashboards and reports for visibility to key insights. Explore need for dev ops tools and implement as needed What You Bring: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent. 7+ years' experience in Salesforce Administration. 3+ years' experience with CPQ systems. Direct experience working on CRM projects for global enterprise-sized companies. Certified CPQ Specialist. Demonstrated ability to influence organizational leadership, present concepts and roadmap, and manage/prioritize workload. Within 3 Months, You'll: Complete your new hire Immersion so that you are ready to rock in your new role and have embraced Atkore's culture and business system. Know your peers and have built relationships with key stakeholders. More importantly, you'll be living our values as well as how to navigate the Atkore Business System. Within 6 Months, You'll: Understand our Salesforce org and how to use your skills to be effective in the role. Have developed your point of view on the future roadmap for our Salesforce org. Have begun supporting projects, on-going support and prioritize work. Within 12 Months, You'll: Have put your fingerprint on the Roadmap. Have established yourself as the clear Salesforce Administrator for CRM. Be the point person and subject matter expert for Atkore's CRM platform administration and roadmap.
