Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Administrator/Analyst to join our team, serving as a key player in driving strategic Salesforce initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, this role demands comprehensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, administration, and hands-on configuration. You will collaborate closely with Sales Operations and various business stakeholders, ensuring Salesforce effectively supports business processes and enhances user productivity and satisfaction. In addition to managing daily Salesforce operationsincluding user account administration, helpdesk tickets, security configurations, and workflow automation using Flow, Apex, and approval processesyou will play a pivotal role in vendor and product selection, particularly leading our initiative to migrate from Salesforce CPQ to a new solution. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of this migration, encompassing requirements gathering, solution evaluation, data migration planning, and the successful deployment of the selected tool. Your role will also heavily involve the optimization and clean-up of the current Salesforce organization, improving data integrity, enhancing system documentation, reducing technical debt, and streamlining system performance. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include proactive identification of platform enhancements, development of a strategic Salesforce roadmap, and clear communication of changes to users and stakeholders. You will drive user adoption through effective training initiatives, ensure ongoing data accuracy via robust data management practices, and maintain Conga Composer templates to support efficient proposal and document automation. Your dedication to best practices, system scalability, and an exceptional user experience will be critical in shaping our Salesforce ecosystem for long-term success. Responsibilities : Work closely with the Chief Information Officer, and be a trusted partner to Sales Operations Develop deep understanding of company business processes Manage user accounts, licenses, roles, profiles and permissions, etc. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to) Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports Create triggers and Apex code Identify and gather requirements, translating them into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience Identify unused or underutilized platform features Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders Data import/migration Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed Data deduplication, including the use of Cloudingo Proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, and health check Create and maintain Conga Composer templates for document (e.g. proposal) generation Monitor and improving user adoption New user and ongoing user training Maintain and enhance technical documentation Work with integrated applications, including Conga, Marketo, and SurveyMonkey Release/change management; ownership of communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders Qualifications : Strong Salesforce product knowledge 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud and CPQ Certified Advanced Administrator certification Other advanced Salesforce certifications a big plus Experience with Conga Composer and other Conga tools a big plus Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and processes Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: A proactive attitude towards platform enhancements Designing scalable, best-practice solutions Excellent relationship-building skills Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels Translating requirements into technical solutions Experience in change management and governance Training end users and key stakeholders Technical documentation Availability and responsiveness to questions Seniority level
