Join the Workforce Solutions team as a Senior Software Development Engineer and be a key player in transforming our talent acquisition technology. Key Responsibilities:
Define system architecture, implement specific components, and contribute to shaping overall user experience.
Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other software engineers to establish product scope.
Engage in the full software development life cycle, including test plan execution and quality assurance.
Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, operations, and process improvement.
Design interaction methods between solution components and other systems as needed.
Develop highly scalable, cloud-native applications that enhance recruiting efforts globally.

In this role, you'll lead the charge in innovating Amazon's talent acquisition technology. Your responsibilities will include not just designing and developing robust solutions, but also troubleshooting complex systems and working cross-functionally to deliver high-performance software. Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of professional software development experience.
5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of both new and existing systems.
Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years in full software development life cycle practices including coding standards, reviews, source control management, and testing.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is based on various factors including market location and job-related experience.
