Design interaction methods between solution components and other systems as needed. Develop highly scalable, cloud-native applications that enhance recruiting efforts globally. About the Team: The Workforce Solutions team is dedicated to providing integrated, people-centric solutions, streamlining hiring processes for various segments within Amazon. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of professional software development experience. 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language. 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of both new and existing systems. Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years in full software development life cycle practices including coding standards, reviews, source control management, and testing. The base pay for this position ranges from $151,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $261,500/year in our highest geographic market.
