Position type: Full Time, Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: (Remote) City, IA 50301 Shift: 8:00am - 5:00 pm (M-F) As an IT Project Manager, you will: Communicate project vision with leadership to align on plan, scope, and customer expectations. Define deliverables, scope, and develop detailed schedules to meet goals. Build effective teams and foster relationships across departments. Set expectations, ensure accountability, and resolve conflicts. Apply project management principles to ensure timely delivery and meet customer needs. Escalate issues with proposed solutions to leadership. Make sound business decisions to support company objectives. Present key information to senior leadership for decision-making. Manage multiple projects and resources through effective prioritization. Participate in process improvement and lean initiatives. Qualifications You Must Have: These positions require a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline and at least 5 years of relevant experience. In the absence of a degree, at least 15 years of relevant experience would be required. Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time. Experience with project management oversight of infrastructure, security, and software development initiatives. Experience building and managing schedules in MS Project. Preferred Qualifications: Consent Agreement Experience. SAP GTS or PLM/MES systems Experience. Experience with multiple project methodologies including waterfall and agile Scrum methodology.
