Core Responsibilities:
Foster relationships to attract new clients through various strategies, including face-to-face meetings, virtual connections, networking events, and social media.
Listen closely to clients' needs and create personalized strategies to meet their financial goals.
Ensure a high-quality client experience by overseeing branch processes and adhering to firm policies and ethical standards.
Collaborate with your branch team to monitor and adjust business plans for enhanced effectiveness.
Encourage a culture of trust, respect, and accountability within the branch.

Preferred Qualifications:
A strong preference for a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the financial services industry.
Experience in financial services and/or sales is beneficial.
Prior registration, licensing, or certification in financial services would be advantageous.
A proven track record of career progression in professional or military settings.
Licensing Requirements:
Completion of the SIE exam (which you can pursue independently), with Series 7 and Series 66 required thereafter. If not already registered, you may obtain these during our paid study period.
FINRA licensing is required within three months, along with applicable state insurance licenses.
Continuous training is mandatory to maintain licenses in good standing.
