Key Responsibilities:
Build new client relationships using various sourcing strategies, including in-person, virtual, social media, and networking opportunities.
Understand and address clients' needs and priorities to accelerate trust and develop tailored financial strategies.
Ensure high-quality client experiences that align with firm policies and ethical standards.
Work alongside the branch team to develop and adapt business plans aimed at enhancing branch effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative and mutually respectful environment within your branch team.

Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred or equivalent experience in financial services.
Background in financial services and/or sales.
Possession of relevant financial services registration or certifications.
Diverse professional or military career progression is valued.
Licensing Information:
SIE Certification (obtainable without firm sponsorship) along with Series 7 and Series 66 will be required.
FINRA licenses must be secured within three months; state insurance licenses are also necessary.
Ongoing training is mandatory, as well as continuing education to keep licenses valid.
