As a C++ Software Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to work on all aspects of our high-frequency trading system in one of our offices. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated to make a significant impact, deliver value, and engage with an experienced team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing, testing, and deploying features and tools for the trading system based on business requirements.
Monitoring low latency trading system performance to ensure issues with market data and resource utilization are identified and addressed.
Collaborating with traders and developers to discuss performance optimizations, validate ideas, refactor existing implementations, and stay updated on OS, libraries, and internal frameworks.
Investigating potential improvements to the trading system and diagnosing, debugging, and resolving issues when necessary.
Your qualifications:
A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with over 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in C++ and familiar with data structures.
Knowledgeable about third-party libraries (i.e., STL and Boost), Linux environments, and Git.
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $250,000, based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
