WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Applications Developer to work within our Software Solutions practice. This person can be located out of Denver, CO or any major WSP office. The main purpose of this position will be to assist in the development and maintenance of various business applications across multiple platforms including .NET and the rest of the Microsoft application suite. This position will involve collaboration between different working units to meet client needs. Your Impact Work closely with clients and project teams and application service developers and must be fluent in the Agile framework. Ability to field client requests and communicate any shifting priority items to the rest of the team. Design and develop user interfaces that influence branding and overall good look and feel for custom web applications and commercially off the shelf products, including SharePoint. Assist with working inside metadata stores and support monthly reporting functions. Support visual electronic workflows related to Contract Administration. Help develop interfaces for mobile applications. Deliver online reporting dashboards and reporting. Demonstrate and perform Business Analyst skills at an intermediate to advanced level. Who You Are Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. 5-7 years development experience with #, MVC, Blazor, Node, Typescript Good communication and technical skills. Proficient in .NET, Node, Python, RESTful services with C# Proficient in React / Vue Native Vue, jQuery, Angular. Preference for React / Vue with Typescript Experience deploying applications to iOS and Android App Store, managing deployments, and coordinating test flight & QA requirements. Proficient in Entity Framework, Blazor, EF Core 7+, 8.0 Strong experience in database technologies such as Transact-SQL with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. (Avoid Mongo or NoSQL) Good UI & UX design experience. Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and charting packages like HighCharts, Kendo, Mui, Bootstrap latest, Nvio. Experience with DevOps / Git environment for version control, pull requests, and branch operations. Strong UI design skills, building responsive UIs with CSS, SAAS, LESS, D3, and frameworks like Materialize, Fluent, and Ant. Knowledge of spatial frameworks such as ArcGIS, Google Maps, or Carto. Strong system analysis skills, data interpretation, and trend explanation. Excellent communication skills. Proficient in SharePoint, Office 365 Workflow, Power Automate, Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools. Knowledge of AI libraries like TensorFlow, , Semantic Kernel, TorchSharp, or PyTorch for AI integration. Ability to create data models for AI and integrate with legacy applications. Experience supporting project management and financial reporting systems. Self-motivated with good prioritization and deadline management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with large public government agencies or utilities is a plus. Adherence to ethical decision-making, safety policies, and WSP's Code of Conduct. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field. Relevant certifications with implementation experience. Microsoft Development or application administration certifications. Compensation: Expected Salary (all locations): $110,000 - $135,000/year.
