WSP is initiating the search for a Lead Application Developer to take a key role within our Software Solutions practice. This position can be filled at any major WSP office, including Denver, CO. The primary responsibility of this role will be to assist in the development and upkeep of various business applications across multiple platforms, particularly within the .NET framework and the Microsoft application suite. You will collaborate closely with diverse teams to address client needs effectively. Your Impact: Collaborate with clients, project teams, and application service developers, showcasing strong fluency in the Agile framework. Manage client requests and communicate shifting priorities to your team effectively. Design and develop user interfaces that embody excellent branding and user experience for custom web applications and commercially available products, including SharePoint. Work within metadata stores and support monthly reporting functions. Facilitate visual electronic workflows associated with Contract Administration. Develop interfaces for mobile applications and deliver online reporting dashboards. Demonstrate and apply intermediate to advanced Business Analyst skills. Who You Are: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent. 5-7 years of development experience with ASP.NET/C#, MVC, Blazor, Node, and Typescript. Strong communication and technical skills. Proficient in .NET, Node, Python, and RESTful services with C#. Skilled in React/Vue (preferably with Typescript), as well as jQuery and Angular. Experience deploying applications to iOS and Android App Store, managing deployments, and overseeing test flight & QA requirements. Familiar with Microsoft.NET Entity Framework, Blazor, and EF Core 7+, 8.0. Proficient in database technologies such as Transact-SQL with SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL (avoid Mongo or NoSQL). Good UI & UX design experience and proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and charting tools like HighCharts, Kendo, Mui, and Bootstrap. Experience working in a DevOps/Git environment for version control. Strong UI design skills, particularly in creating responsive UIs using CSS, SAAS, LESS, and frameworks like Materialize and Ant. Knowledge of spatial frameworks such as ArcGIS, Google Maps, or Carto. Exceptional system analysis skills, data interpretation, and trend explanation. Strong communication skills. Proficient in SharePoint, Office 365 Workflow, Power Automate, Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools. Familiarity with AI libraries like TensorFlow, ML.Net, Semantic Kernel, TorchSharp, or PyTorch for integrating AI. Experience creating data models for AI and integrating with legacy systems. Support experience for project management and financial reporting systems. Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills and ability to meet deadlines. Able to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with large public government agencies or utilities is a plus. Commitment to ethical decision-making, safety protocols, and WSP's Code of Conduct. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications with implementation experience. Microsoft Development or application administration certifications. Compensation:

Expected Salary (all locations): $110,000 - $135,000/year.
