Lead Solutions Architect

We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to join our mission of creating the modern and secure developer workplace, where efficiency, security, and innovation converge. This role focuses on shaping the future of efficiency in application development, DevOps, and data security by working on Citrix's cutting-edge developer platform based on a Secure Cloud Development Environment. As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in deploying, configuring, and optimizing secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that empower developers and enterprises to thrive in a dynamic and secure ecosystem. You will work closely with customers to deploy the platform and optimize their infrastructure, collaborating with the engineering team to ensure successful implementation and integration. You will provide hands-on support and guidance at key Citrix customer sites, driving impactful architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high standards of technical excellence. Key Responsibilities Personal Leadership Deploy and configure scalable, secure, and innovative software architectures for our next-generation developer platform. Lead the development of key features, optimizations, and integrations that enhance the modern and secure developer workplace. Champion strategies that improve customer processes in application development, DevOps, and data security, aligning with the platform's vision. Develop prototypes, PoCs, and initial frameworks to set standards for the engineering team, ensuring alignment with principles of efficient and secure development. Cross-team Collaboration Contribute to the technical product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and advancing the capabilities of the developer workplace. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented culture. Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and other teams to prioritize and deliver impactful, secure, and innovative solutions. Customer Success Advocate for best practices in secure development and modern DevOps methodologies based on your experience and customer interactions. Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure solutions align with their long-term goals for a secure, modern developer environment. Support platform adoption through successful integration, providing training, technical support, and guidance to ensure customer success. Qualifications At least 8 years of proven experience in senior technical roles, such as Senior Engineer, Architect, or Distinguished Engineer, with expertise in system design, distributed architectures, and scalable solutions. Strong understanding of code development processes, pipelines, workflows, and DevOps tools and practices. Knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containers, virtualization, and experience with Citrix DaaS products in enterprise environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in customer-facing roles. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Cloud Development Environments and developer platforms in modern workflows. Understanding of data security practices related to code development, deployment, operations, and infrastructure security. Experience leading impactful projects, creating PoCs, and setting technical direction. Exposure to product management or business strategy concepts. Why Join Us? Compensation varies by location and qualifications, with potential bonuses and incentives. Ranges are as follows: NYC: $137,176-$205,764; CA: $143,139-$214,709; others: $119,283-$178,925.
