Scope of Position: This role involves designing scalable and reliable Salesforce solutions, communicating them effectively, and guiding implementation teams. The Solutions Architect reports to the CRM Manager and may support other team functions as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into Salesforce technical solutions. Develop and document architecture and design solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Implement security measures within Salesforce to protect data and ensure compliance. Utilize deep Salesforce platform knowledge, including Sales Cloud, Lightning, LWC, Apex, Flows, and best practices, to support design decisions. Lead the creation of custom features and enterprise solutions across departments. Design complex solutions involving Salesforce and third-party vendors. Guide internal development teams through business process modeling, POCs, pilots, and implementation. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. At least 4 years in IT areas such as Software Architecture, Cloud Computing, and Business Analysis. 5+ years of Salesforce development and/or administration experience. 5+ years working with Sales Cloud platform. Strong understanding of architecture and APIs. Experience with Atlassian products, Jira, Confluence, or MS Azure DevOps is a plus. Core Competencies: Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
