The Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator supports the company's day-to-day HR operations by overseeing timekeeping systems, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating employee performance evaluations, and maintaining HR policies and documentation. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Timekeeping & Attendance

Monitor employee time and attendance records for accuracy and policy compliance Communicate with supervisors and employees to resolve discrepancies Track PTO, sick leave, and time-off requests Recruitment & Hiring

Post job openings and manage applicant tracking Screen resumes and schedule interviews Participate in interviews and support candidate selection Prepare and send offer letters and onboarding documents Onboarding & Orientation

Conduct or coordinate new hire orientation sessions Ensure all new hire paperwork and compliance documents are completed Provide new employees with a handbook, policies, and company expectations Performance Management

Coordinate and track employee evaluations and performance review schedules Support supervisors with evaluation tools and documentation Maintain employee performance files and records Policy & Compliance

Maintain and update the employee handbook as needed Assist with policy communication and implementation Ensure HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and regulations Administrative Support

Maintain employee records and digital personnel files Respond to basic HR-related employee questions Assist with internal communications and HR reporting as needed

Qualifications

Bilingual (preferred) 2+ years of HR, office administration, or related experience preferred Knowledge of basic HR principles, labor laws, and best practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office and timekeeping systems (e.g., Paychex) Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus, but not required

Work Environment

Office setting in Stafford, Texas Flexible schedule within standard business hours
