As a Data-Centric Customer Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical leadership to enterprise clients worldwide. Your focus will be on optimizing IT environments by offering strategic consultative guidance, risk assessments, and technical support in deploying innovative data AI solutions. Key Responsibilities: Data AI Platform Management:
Support clients in deploying and managing cutting-edge platforms such as Foundry, Data Factory, Data Lake, and DataBricks. Machine Learning Implementation:
Create and execute machine learning models to drive actionable insights and support data-driven decisions. Azure SQL & Storage Solutions:
Design and manage Azure SQL databases to ensure high performance and availability. Microsoft Fabric - Data Engineering:
Utilize Microsoft Fabric to streamline data integration and lifecycle processes. Customer Consultation:
Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business objectives and provide tailored, effective solutions to enhance their data capabilities. Performance Optimization:
Analyze and refine data workflows for efficient management and utilization. Technical Support:
Provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical support to maximize customer satisfaction. Best Practices Advocacy:
Champion modern data management best practices, guiding clients through the adoption of innovative methodologies. Qualifications: In-depth experience with data platforms, including Data Factory, Data Lake, DataBricks, and Azure SQL. Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and implementation strategies. Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric and related data engineering tasks. Exceptional problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Salary:
The base salary range for this role is $92,250 - $144,964, along with performance-based incentives. Actual salaries will reflect your qualifications, skills, and experience. Benefits:
