Role Overview: As an IT Support Engineer I, you will leverage your technical skills to implement solutions and deliver high-quality support for software and hardware systems. You will troubleshoot and address straightforward problems, ensuring our technology operates in peak condition. Key Responsibilities: Perform network engineering and troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration across various software and hardware environments. Ensure computing and networking infrastructure remains operational during production hours. Collaborate with management and staff to provide technical assistance and work on continuous improvement initiatives. Manage local technical projects and uphold policy compliance. Identify root causes of operational issues and propose effective solutions. Handle physical tasks such as moving equipment up to 49lbs and standing/walking for shifts up to 12 hours. Support customers across multiple facilities and remotely. Travel within your local or regional area to assist customers as necessary. Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM). 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a high-availability multi-user environment. 2+ years of PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation experience. 1+ years of experience in IT client, server, and network service delivery. 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP). 2+ years of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux OS in a corporate setting. 2+ years of experience maintaining a corporate network environment.
