Senior Project Manager - Data Center Construction
Full-Time | U.S.-Based | On-Site (Project-Based)
We're hiring a
Senior Project Manager
to lead the delivery of cutting-edge data center construction projects across the U.S. You'll play a critical role in turning aggressive capacity goals into real-world infrastructure, managing every phase from design to handover - with a laser focus on cost, schedule, and quality. If you're an experienced builder who thrives in high-stakes environments and enjoys cross-functional leadership, this is your opportunity to work on projects that power the future of AI and high-performance computing. What You'll Do Lead all phases of
data center construction projects : from planning and procurement to buildout and commissioning Develop and manage detailed
project schedules
using
Primavera P6 or MS Project Own project
budgeting, forecasting, and change management , including weekly earned-value tracking Identify and mitigate risks tied to
long-lead equipment
(e.g., transformers, chillers, switchgear) Run
phase-gate design reviews
(30/60/90%), maintain RACI charts, and coordinate action items Oversee the
contracting process : RFP issuance, bid reviews, awards, and PCO tracking through closeout Provide consistent, data-driven status updates to internal stakeholders and executive teams Act as the
on-site lead , ensuring alignment across trades, vendors, and internal teams What You Bring 7+ years of project management experience in
data centers , industrial, or mission-critical infrastructure Bachelor's degree in
engineering, construction management, or a related discipline Deep understanding of
CSA and MEP scopes , construction sequencing, and risk management Proficiency with: Scheduling tools:
Primavera P6, MS Project Cost tracking:
Procore, Ares, Excel Collaboration tools:
Smartsheet, Confluence PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (preferred) Strong communication skills - able to interface confidently with trades, vendors, and executives Work Location U.S.-based candidates only Role is
on-site at data center locations
