Roles Responsibilities:
8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise wide multitier ServiceNow production environment
Good Understanding of implementing CMDB Discovery Service Mapping
Help in identifying issues gathering data analyzing and presenting solutions
Work closely with architect to ensure technically feasible solutions
Help in reducing implementation efforts
Capture business and user requirements as stories for agile shops
Ensure requirements are understood developed tested and delivered to specification
Own the relationship with project stakeholders to identify prioritize model and document business process and data requirements
Represent project stakeholders throughout planning development and release processes
Work with the platform team to develop release estimates
Design and develop an end-to-end data alignment process document including CMDB CSDM process and procedures
Ensure all client environment specific requirements are captured in the process and procedures
Present the process and procedures to stakeholders and obtain a sign off
Develop training material and train necessary stakeholders on the new process and procedures
