Key Responsibilities: Conduct screenings and assessments for common mental health and substance abuse disorders. Provide therapeutic solutions for mental health conditions using approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based techniques. Track treatment outcomes systematically and monitor for changes in symptoms and any side effects or complications. Qualifications Required: A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field. A current, active, and unrestricted license (LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in North Carolina. Preferred Qualifications: At least 2 years of professional experience after obtaining a master’s degree providing behavioral health services. Experience delivering direct psychotherapy to individuals and families. Proficiency in using technology for professional communication and medical documentation, including software like Excel and Outlook, and EHR systems. Compensation is influenced by factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications.
