In this role, you will:
Foster strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care with external providers
Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations
Contribute to the training experience of graduate students
Screen and assess patients for mental health and substance use disorders
Deliver treatment utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy
Monitor treatment responses and adjust as needed for optimal patient care
Engage in community presentations to represent our practice
Maintain precise electronic medical records (Athena) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:
Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
Active and unrestricted license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in your state
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of professional clinical experience following your Master's degree
Direct experience in providing psychotherapy services to individuals and families
Proficient with computer-based documentation and communication (Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS or similar EHRs)
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Compensation considers factors such as local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group observes all applicable minimum wage laws.
