Restore System Administrator
needed! Group: Data Center Services Team: Storage Service Must have TS/SCI with active polygraph. Hours - Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the restoration of filesprofiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores. Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization Profile and permission structure knowledge Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment
Mandatory Skills: *** IAT Level 1 Certified Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization Assist in the restoration of filesprofiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault Profile and permission structure knowledge Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment
Experience: HS or GED and 15 yrs OR BS and 10 yrs Approximate salary range: $91,000-$98,300 A variety of factors impact the final salary offered, including, but not limited to, geographic location, contract labor categories and wage rates, relevant work experience, specialized skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
