System Administrator - Level 2 - Restore System Admin

CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION. Job Description: Assist in the restoration of files, profiles, and mailboxes using backup applications such as NetBackup, Avamar, and Commvault. Willing to work in a Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores. Assist customers with file management, profile standards, and email organization. Knowledge of profile and permission structures. Resolution and ticket handling awareness to meet SLA requirements. Work Schedule: Day Shift - Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm. Salary Range: $104k - $195k depending on experience and contract. Benefits include up to 3 weeks paid vacation, 11 paid holidays, immediate healthcare eligibility (single and family), and a 401(k) plan with employer match. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience or HS/GED with 15 years of experience in systems engineering. Required Skills: Assist customers with file management, profile standards, and email organization.
