Production Support Analyst

Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Harrington Starr Harrington Starr is currently working with a LEading broker based in Chicago to help them secure an production support analyst. This is a very exciting opportunity that will allow the successful candidate to provide support for all trading and back-office platforms offered by my client to both internal and external client base. You will be responsible for supporting business users by offering first, second, and third-line support. Within this role, you will be required to liaise between the technology departments and business groups to communicate system changes and manage process and trading system documentation. You will also be responsible for managing client upgrades and implementations along with dealing with any exchange relationships, Client onboarding will also make up a proportion of this position.
