Job Description We have an opportunity for a Lead Developer and Technical Architect for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementation supporting a US Federal customer. We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate their ability to perform with agility and understand the importance of the customer's mission-delivering value by managing dynamic environments, objectives, and priorities. The candidate will effectively leverage the D365 platform and their expertise to implement enterprise business solutions for our customer. They will be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for enhancing the D365 platform, implementing new products, and developing F&O solutions. The successful candidate can provide strategic and tactical support to clients, support multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. Typical Responsibilities Include: Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business requirements and design innovative solutions using the D365 platform, focusing on implementing and optimizing Finance & Operations (F&O) capabilities. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure D365, F&O modules, and workflows to meet client needs. Leverage Microsoft 365 security model and Microsoft Dataverse to ensure data protection. Integration Management: Lead the integration of D365 with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and interoperability to support service portfolio data management. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to project teams, driving solution delivery excellence and ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines. Documentation and Training: Create technical documentation, including diagrams and user guides. Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams to facilitate knowledge transfer and effective use of D365 capabilities. Quality Assurance and Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality, performance, and security of D365 solutions. Ensure quality assurance processes deliver reliable solutions. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on D365 ecosystem trends. Participate in the D365 community to share knowledge, exchange best practices, and contribute to ongoing improvements. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related technical discipline, with at least four (4) years of architecture experience with the D365 platform. Must meet government eligibility requirements.
