Analyst For Digital Operations

Alumni Relations and Development (ARD) engages alumni, current students, parents and friends of the University through intellectual, professional and social activities on campus, around the world and online. ARD raises $550 Million annually to support faculty and researchers, practitioners and patients, and students and programs across the University. The Analyst for Digital Operations is responsible for providing ongoing data and system configuration support for existing ARD communications systems, including email marketing, online giving, and content management systems, to ensure communications are effective and data flows between systems accurately. This role leads technical support for data control activities and reviews source documents for data input. Checks accuracy and relevance of input and output data by visual examination, correcting codes and batching for computer processing. Verifies output against control totals, reviews format and accuracy of printouts, and distributes information to appropriate departments. Responsibilities

Meets with business partners, gathers business requirements, and translates requirements into technical system configurations that define segmentation, delivery timing, and variable copy for automated digital communications. Assists in developing strategies and configuring technical systems to optimally send communications according to fundraising and engagement priorities. Assists with business process improvement for Digital Operations. Helps to create and maintain documentation for all processes related to Digital Operations. Provides ongoing administration and support for existing communications systems, including email marketing, online giving, and content management systems, to ensure data integrity and system performance. Supports the IT development group in building new systems and enhance existing systems by testing debugging and implementing software solutions. Assists with alumni technical support response to help constituents gain access to ARD Communications sites and University services. Seeks opportunities for professional development that will enhance job performance, including building networks within the University and with colleagues at peer institutions. Acts as a lead for employees performing intricate data input. May review and coordinate the work of other data control support personnel. Verifies output against control totals, reviews format and accuracy of printouts, and distributes information to appropriate departments. Performs other related work as needed. Minimum Qualifications

Education: Minimum requirements include vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience in related field (not typically required to have a four-year degree). Work Experience: Minimum requirements include knowledge and skills developed through 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline. Certifications: None. Preferred Qualifications

Experience: Minimum seven years of professional work experience in business systems analysis, data management, process design, or related roles. Working Conditions
