Senior Oracle Database Administrator

Job Overview Were seeking a seasoned Oracle DBA to manage and optimize mission-critical database systems. The role involves leading database architecture, ensuring high availability, and supporting performance, security, and scalability across environments. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain secure and scalable Oracle database systems. Support backup/recovery, disaster recovery, performance tuning, and resource management. Troubleshoot and resolve complex database issues and system performance bottlenecks. Guide development teams with SQL tuning, schema design, and best practices. Automate routine tasks using scripting and contribute to system improvements. Provide architectural input and support during audits, upgrades, and migrations. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 10+ years of hands-on DBA experience with Oracle and other RDBMS. Proficient in Oracle RAC, Data Guard, PL/SQL, and database performance tuning. Strong knowledge of Linux/Windows server environments and scripting. Experience in high-volume OLAP systems and complex database environments. Familiarity with backup tools, replication, clustering, and security best practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
