Business Intelligence Operations Manager Join to apply for the Business Intelligence Operations Manager role at Mizuho . Role Overview: In this position, you will manage incident processes related to production issues across analytical platforms for Business Intelligence and Semantic Models. The role demands expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and strong analytical skills, with proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Power BI. Responsibilities include: Implementing and managing a structured incident management process, including classification, notification, and post-incident reviews. Maintaining communication with stakeholders during incidents via status reports. Automating monitoring of failures, SLAs, and system performance issues, collaborating with development teams for optimization. Managing change requests for weekly production migrations, adhering to change management protocols. Developing metrics and KPIs for reporting batches, ensuring data accuracy and performance tracking. Coordinating support resources across offshore and onshore teams for seamless operations. Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, and reporting systems. Proficiency in SQL, especially with SQL Server and Snowflake. Experience with Power BI, DAX, Snowflake, SQL Server, and related tools. Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivative markets. Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Additional Details: Salary ranges from $77,000 to $130,000, with benefits and potential bonuses.
