Join to apply for the Sr. Business Analyst Part Time role at SiloSmashers, Inc. 1 month ago Be among the first 25 applicants Position Description The Senior Business Analyst directs activities to implement and manage projects; possesses expertise to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. They provide leadership and technical expertise in process and productivity improvements, facilitate groups, develop business and strategic plans, provide performance measurement and business process reengineering training, and conduct financial and cycle-time analyses. Responsibilities Service Delivery: The Senior Business Analyst supports the Program Manager in quality assurance and performance related to technical and business solutions for clients. They mentor clients and other analysts, lead project teams through strategy sessions, and ensure high-quality service delivery. They also introduce and leverage project management tools. Develop project charters defining scope, objectives, stakeholders, constraints, assumptions, and risks. Work with clients through all phases of strategy-based transformation projects. Support client assignments to develop strategies and implement organizational changes. Consult with clients to resolve complex issues, gather data, analyze, and recommend solutions. Business Development Build trusted relationships with internal customers. Provide SOPs and process maps, updating quarterly. Participate in proposal writing. Deliver high-quality technical and resume submissions with minimal revisions. Improve product/service quality, reduce costs, and increase delivery speed. Identify best practices and document them for replication and marketing. Provide customer intelligence and pipeline activities. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong analytical, creative, judgment, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience in strategy, project management, cost reduction, organizational restructuring, operations, finance, or IT. Excellent communication, technical writing, and computer skills. Ability to work independently and in teams, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Position Requirements Top Secret Clearance 8+ years' experience, including 6 years in quantitative analysis or problem solving; project management and strategic planning experience required. Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or CS; Master's or Ph.D. with relevant experience is a plus. Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
