ServiceNow Solutions Implementation Specialist , you will play a critical role as an Implementation Lead, ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions and services in a client-focused environment. This position may require travel, ranging from

depending on the business needs and client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients. Utilize industry and technology transformation expertise to maximize platform potential. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reimagine service and customer operations. Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations. Completion of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification. At least 3 ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if holding an associate's degree, at least 6 years of work experience is required. Preferred Skills: Experience with AngularJS / Portal Development. Advanced skills in ServiceNow Development APIs. Proficient in Web Service Integration (API Web Services). Experience in Single Sign-on configuration and administration. Comfortable presenting to large audiences. Familiarity with applications such as HR, ITOM, CMDB, CSM, Security, ITAM, Asset Management, SPM, Platform/Integration, Portal/UI Builder, and GRC. ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification.
