Join our dynamic team as a Senior IT Systems Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in leading software engineers and driving innovative solutions across multiple projects. In this position, you will: Mentor and guide a team of 2-10 software engineers to ensure high-quality project deliverables. Evaluate alternative system solutions and recommend the best fit for business needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Conceptual Designs concurrently for various projects. Ensure compliance with SOX during project deliveries and coordination. Translate user requirements into functional architecture for complex software solutions, adhering to industry regulations. Facilitate Joint Applications Development sessions with stakeholders to effectively define business requirements. Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional and offshore teams regarding requirements, design, and enhancements. Assess computer system capabilities to determine feasibility of program changes. Identify and document areas needing process changes and recommend improvements. Work independently to resolve complex business challenges without supervision. Conduct peer reviews of analysts to uphold standards and quality. Plan and oversee software systems and application improvements. Conduct studies related to the design of new information systems to meet current and future needs. Manage small to medium-sized projects and provide leadership and expertise in application development, business process re-engineering, and project management methodologies. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's Degree preferred). Experience: 5-7 years in supporting, designing, and implementing application changes. Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with QNXT, QMACS, Centricity CPS, SharePoint, MS Project, and AI technology.
