We are seeking a motivated and skilled Product Owner to lead the development and management of multiple data-centric products within our organization. This role focuses on effective integration with our Data Warehouse, Data Lakes, and various data marts. You will serve as the key liaison between our customers and agile teams, ensuring product requirements are identified and prioritized accurately. Your ability to transform strategic objectives into agile execution will be critical in delivering business value. Essential Responsibilities: Streamline execution of product priorities while ensuring the integrity of features and components for the team. Maintain a prioritized and well-groomed backlog for optimal team allocation across multiple sprints. Collaborate with other Product Owners to negotiate prioritization of dependencies across teams. Ensure acceptance of user stories from the team, confirming they meet defined criteria. Engage with stakeholders to maintain and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Represent the product in customer meetings and provide status updates to leadership. Work closely with product managers to understand and address product issues. Partner with external vendors to ensure roadmap alignment and scope delivery. Develop a high-level release plan and continually re-prioritize tasks to achieve business outcomes. Create and maintain product delivery roadmaps. Write clear user stories for features and enhancements, collaborating with the team to implement quality improvement stories. Review and verify test scripts, ensuring comprehensive coverage of user stories. Perform additional duties as assigned or requested. Education: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, Information Management, or a closely related field. Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Discipline, or Information Management. Experience: Required: 3 years in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting, or Product Development & Management. Required: 3 years of experience with external clients and fostering positive relationships. Licenses or Certifications: Required: None Preferred: Agile certification from a recognized vendor. Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a matrixed organization. Adept at translating business requirements into technical specifications. Capability to estimate and plan work effectively. Able to serve as Product Owner for multiple teams and products. Proficient in agile methodology. Strong problem-solving skills and experience in researching applicable solutions.
