You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team and be an essential voice in shaping the future of our clinical practices. With your expertise and passion, you'll help drive the agency's ongoing success while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for both patients and staff.We are offering:$15,000 sign-on bonusCompetitive salary ranging from $145,000 - $190,000, based on experienceKey Responsibilities:Lead, supervise, and support a multi-disciplinary team to deliver top-quality patient care and ensure patient satisfactionConduct patient visits as necessary to maintain oversight of care qualityStay up-to-date with all federal, state, local, and Medicare regulations relevant to home healthcareOversee new admissions, execute physician orders, and create comprehensive care plans for patientsManage agency readiness for surveys and compliance with regulatory standardsAssess and address staffing needs, creating achievable goals to improve services and expand our referral baseConduct interviews, recruit clinical staff, and ensure alignment with agency standardMonitor and manage re-hospitalization cases, productivity, and territory assignmentsProvide leadership support to clinicians, ensuring proper coordination and protocol adherenceEnsure compliance with referral partner protocols and resolve complaints as neededWork closely with case managers and marketing teams to strategize referral generationCoordinate training for new hires, both in-office and in the fieldManage staff performance, provide feedback, and handle disciplinary actions when necessaryCollaborate with HR and other departments to implement training programs and resolve staffing needsStay informed on industry trends, and work to continuously improve patient outcomes and satisfactionWhy You'll Thrive:At Health Link, we pride ourselves on a culture of collaboration, integrity, and respect.
