Job Title: Desktop/Tech Support Duration: 08/18/2025 to 12/17/2025 Location: Southeast Massachusetts / Hybrid role Pay Range: $36 - 37.88 hourly on W2 JOB SUMMARY Provide in-person or remote technical support to employees and sales agents nationwide. Perform on-site repairs in branch offices as needed. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops and laptops, configure workstations for new users, and upgrade existing equipment and software. Set up and maintain network and telecommunication systems. Troubleshoot LAN, server, and connectivity issues. Utilize ticketing systems for issue tracking. Re-image computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and conduct remote troubleshooting as needed. Must have strong knowledge of hardware components, configurations, and software experience.
