Job Description: This role involves managing medium to large projects for a Line of Business that may be regional or national in scope. Key responsibilities include recommending policy and procedural changes, developing measurement criteria, and creating project plans such as cost and resource estimates. The job also requires working with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies for implementing change and improvements resulting from the project. Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years of experience as a UAT Test Consultant, responsible for delivering end-to-end testing for medium to large, complex, and highly visible software solutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Develop UAT testing strategies and plans, influencing partners to drive outcomes. Define project testing scope and communicate it to stakeholders outside of operations who may be impacted. Collaborate closely with partners (line of business, technology, project managers) to ensure requirements are accurately translated into test plans, scripts, and data supporting project needs. Lead UAT testing execution with Line of Business testing partners for all releases, including defect management and status reporting. Support multiple initiatives simultaneously, coordinating projects of varying sizes under tight deadlines. Demonstrate commitment to excellence by anticipating needs, mitigating risks, and minimizing problems. Make decisions based on logic, facts, and context; adapt to change and propose creative solutions. Set direction independently, foster discovery, and launch new ideas; work autonomously and confidently make decisions. Apply analytical and complex problem-solving skills; lead cross-functional efforts; be self-motivated. Assess and implement process improvements for testing. Escalate unresolved issues promptly and ensure SLA standards are met. REQUIRED SKILLS: Over 3 years of Project Management experience focusing on User Testing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ExcelPivot Tables, Macros, Graphs; PowerPoint; Word; Project; Visio). Experience with Agile methodologies and testing tools such as HP ALM, Rally, JIRA. Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives effectively. Strong communication skills for various audiences, both verbal and written. Advanced Excel skills (Pivot, Macros, Graphs). Ability to create executive presentations in PowerPoint. Focus on customer satisfaction and project deliverables. Independent work ethic with decision-making capabilities. Solid project management and business analysis experience, including analysis techniques and methodologies. DESIRED SKILLS: Experience planning in a monthly Agile release environment. Strong project management and detail orientation. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of testing and query tools such as PPRT, Jira, QC, Confluence, HP-ALM, Rally, SQL, Octane. Shift:

40 Pay Transparency details: Location-specific pay ranges from $59,100 to $106,500 annually, with offers based on experience, education, and skills. Discretionary incentive eligibility and benefits are included. #J-18808-Ljbffr
