Job Description: IT Support Specialist
This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for endpoint devices, including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, monitors, and printers. Responsibilities include hardware/software diagnosis, repair, and configuration, coordinating with OEM vendors, and supporting video conferencing equipment. In Scope: Incident management for endpoint devices and peripherals Support for video conferencing equipment Hardware and software troubleshooting and repair Deployment and configuration of new equipment Managing Windows and Mac workstations using management tools Hardware/software provisioning Coordination with IT teams to meet SLAs Communicating technical solutions to non-technical users Physical movement of IT gear within sites Uplift and reimage of equipment for leavers and updates to asset management systems Additional Details:
