The developer is responsible for: Identifying opportunities and working with stakeholders to provide timely and quality data for analysis and enhancements. Analyzing the Authority's needs and documenting the requirements. Planning, designing, and implementing IT solutions to meet the analytical needs of identified opportunities. Developing test plans and scripts for system testing, supporting user acceptance testing. Working with the Authority's users to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solutions. Having hands-on experience in CRM. Ensuring the smooth operations and service levels of IT solutions. Supporting production issues. Skills Set and Track Record: Tertiary education in relevant fields is preferred. Good understanding and experience with projects using waterfall/Agile methodologies. Analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills. Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM product experience, ideally with CRM 2016 or D365. Involved in the delivery of at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation projects. 5+ years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365. Ability to customize CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, & dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365. Proficiency in developing plug-ins & workflow assemblies. Experience with SSIS/SSRS. Relevant system development/maintenance experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/SharePoint technologies. Strong programming skills using the Microsoft CRM SDK, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow, SSIS, C#, Web Services, XML, SQL Server, , HTML, and JavaScript. Experience with job schedulers, MS SQL database access, and batch integration protocols. Experience in developing .NET web services & web API applications.
