Technical Lead - SATCOM System Integration (Presales & Delivery)

We're seeking a Technical Lead - SATCOM System Integration to lead solutioning, implementation, and commissioning of complex satellite communication systems. As the technical expert, you'll partner closely with clients and internal teams from presales to project delivery. You'll design and deploy secure, high-performance SATCOM and network systems, empowering critical operations with intelligent and reliable communication infrastructure. What You'll Do: Design and lead integration of SATCOM and network systems Develop system architecture and ensure technical compliance with project requirements Conduct technical analysis, proof of concepts, and overseas demos/trials Perform configuration, acceptance testing, and commissioning of SATCOM systems Troubleshoot system faults and execute root cause analysis Maintain up-to-date documentation and keep current with SATCOM trends Collaborate across functions to ensure successful delivery of large-scale implementations What You Bring: Diploma or Degree with at least 6 years' experience in SATCOM or related field Solid experience in large-scale project implementation and system delivery Familiarity with modem brands (e.g. iDirect), SATCOM terminals, and RF equipment Able to perform link budget analysis and use tools like spectrum analyzers and network testers Proactive, analytical, and solution-driven mindset Excellent presentation, communication, and team collaboration skills Ability to work independently and travel for overseas assignments/trials Be part of a team that's shaping the future of secure global communications.
