Technical Lead (1 Yr Contract / Software & Applications)

Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to the software engineering team throughout the SDLC. Architecture & Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure system architectures, APIs, and integrations. Code Quality & Reviews: Review code for maintainability, performance, and security. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Project Delivery: Oversee technical delivery of features and projects, manage timelines, and mitigate risks and blockers. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and DevOps to align technical efforts with business goals. Innovation & R&D: Stay updated with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption into current projects.
