Key Responsibilities Execute UAT for Mobile and Internet Banking projects, including new features, enhancements, and regression testing. Serve as test lead for regulatory and security-related projects such as Money Lock and Singpass Facial Verification (SFV) integrations. Manage UAT testing for core banking functionalities such as Login, Authorization, and Digital Token Provisioning. Design, review, and execute detailed test scripts and test scenarios in alignment with user stories and business requirements. Ensure testing accuracy and maintain documentation throughout the test lifecycle with a focus on defect tracking and resolution. Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers to clarify requirements and support workflow mapping and documentation. Utilize JIRA and Confluence for test management, defect logging, and collaboration. Operate within a DevOps environment, using Silverlake Axis (SIBS/AS400), OpenText TeamSite CMS, and i-Sprint AccessMatrix for system access and content management. Ensure post-release quality through root-cause analysis and continuous improvement. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance and UAT in the banking or financial services domain. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. ISTQB or equivalent QA/testing certification is a plus. Proven hands-on experience with Silverlake Axis Integrated Banking System (SIBS) and AS400 platform. Strong understanding of digital banking channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking) and related test processes. Experience in handling regulatory UAT projects with low defect leakage. Familiarity with security and identity verification modules, including Singpass, 2FA, and digital tokens. Proficient in writing and managing test cases, test plans, and test execution reports. Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and test management platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Business level mandarin speaking is required, as the candidate will be communicating with counter parts & stakeholders based in China, HongKong & Taiwan region, on daily basis in regards to primarily regarding project coordination, requirement clarification, issue resolution, and status reporting across testing, and deployment activities.
