Job Mission: In this role as Program Manager, you will be vital to the ongoing guidance, management, and delivery of NB projects, contributing to the overall growth of our business. You will bring your program management skills to lead projects and programs using the best fit methodology (agile combined with traditional methods) while supporting global NB strategy, best practices, and long-range goals. Working with vendors and various program roles, you will manage project efforts to ensure successful delivery of critical initiatives.

Major Accountabilities:

Managing multiple projects/teams within a large, complex program

Scheduling and facilitating meetings and action items

Pursuing process improvements and collaborative conversations

Working with vendors and internal teams to plan, manage, and oversee project activities, providing status updates to stakeholders

Identifying and managing project risks, dependencies, and issues with mitigation plans; escalating as needed

Providing RAG status updates and slide decks for reviews

Developing leadership updates on project status and next steps

Mentoring and coaching other project managers

Requirements for Success:

B.S. with 5+ years’ experience in a relevant technical field, including 4 years as a Project Manager in IT or similar

Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet

Understanding of software development lifecycle

Ability to work within Agile tools like ADO (Microsoft DevOps) or JIRA

Proven influence without authority, self-motivated, independent, and team-oriented
