Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate projects by making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.
Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, while overseeing the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Understanding of production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Proficiency with computer software, such as Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc. Top 3 Hard Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM). Minimum 2 years of experience with administering software licensing contracts. Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, performing SQL queries, and creating Power BI dashboards. Proficient in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites. Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 2-4 years of experience required.
