Translate strategic learning plans into actionable project plans
\n
Manage full-cycle execution of L&D initiatives using Monday.com
\n
Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery
\n
Act as liaison between Senior Learning Consultants, instructional designers, facilitators, vendors, and stakeholders
\n
Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person learning programs
\n
Collaborate with LMS administrators and tech teams to ensure seamless delivery
\n
Collect and report on success metrics; support continuous improvement
\n
\n Requirements: \n

Must-Haves: \n
\n
Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
\n
3-5 years of project management experience in corporate L&D or HR
\n
Familiarity with LMS platforms and virtual learning tools
\n
L&D experience and understanding of adult learning principles
\n
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
\n \n
Nice-to-Haves: \n
\n
Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) \n
Experience with Monday.com or similar project management software \n \n
