Role Description This is an on-site contract role for a Lead AV Installer // Carpenter located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Lead AV Installer // Carpenter will oversee the installation and construction of audio-visual systems, ensuring that all components are properly set up and calibrated. Day-to-day tasks include assembling audio systems, managing installation schedules, coordinating with team members, and troubleshooting technical issues. Additionally, the role involves customizing and fine-tuning AV equipment to meet client specifications and ensuring all installations adhere to safety and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in installing and configuring audio-visual systems Experience in carpentry, including building custom AV installations and enclosures Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Excellent project management and coordination skills Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Experience with acoustical consultation and noise abatement is a plus Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various job sites within the San Francisco Bay Area Seniority level
