Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Director of Commercial and Corporate FP&A to join our shared services team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead short and long term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for multiple business units. Manage annual budgeting cycle, partnering with business leaders to set targets, monitor performance and identify risks/opportunities. Oversee rolling forecasts and scenario planning to ensure agility in financial strategy. Create, update, and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts. Models support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and performance assessments. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential business outcomes and risks. Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support new business initiatives, pricing decisions, and operational changes. Create, update, and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts. Models support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and performance assessments. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate potential business outcomes and risks. Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support new business initiatives, pricing decisions, and operational changes. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful internal reports and dashboards for executive leadership. Present financial results, variance analysis, and forward-looking insights that influence strategic decision-making. Identify and communicate risks and opportunities proactively to C-suite stakeholders. Help craft the financial narrative for external stakeholders and ensure consistency in messaging. Prepare and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful internal reports and dashboards for executive leadership. Present financial results, variance analysis, and forward-looking insights that influence strategic decision-making. Identify and communicate risks and opportunities proactively to C-suite stakeholders. Help craft the financial narrative for external stakeholders and ensure consistency in messaging.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities Experience in and with private equity environment
Preferred Qualifications:
M&A analysis, capital planning, or investor relations experience a plus Experience in security and fire system integration industry
