Scrum Master
for a
Contract
with a client in
Quincy, MA(Hybrid).
Responsibilities include managing Solution Architecture processes, facilitating team collaboration, and maintaining dashboards, SharePoint, and reporting tools.
Rate Range:
$53/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Scrum Master job responsibilities include:
Facilitate daily stand-ups and office hours to support the Solution Architecture team's progress and collaboration. Manage Jira boards and dashboards, ensuring actionable data is surfaced and progress is tracked effectively. Maintain and enrich the Solution Architecture SharePoint site, ensuring documentation and resources are up to date. Monitor and report on KPIs, helping the team stay aligned with goals and take corrective actions when needed. Support adherence to Solution Architecture processes, ensuring product quality expectations are clearly defined and followed. Collaborate on scheduling work and managing technical debt, including defect remediation and refactoring efforts. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or serving as a Scrum Master. Expert-level proficiency in Jira, including dashboard creation and actionable data organization. Pay Details:
$53.00 to $56.00 per hour
