Job Description:
Sigma Systems is seeking experienced EPIC users to support a major EMR transition for one of our Healthcare Clients, as they prepare to launch EPIC across their health system. This role is ideal for individuals who have worked directly with EPIC in a clinical or administrative capacity and are comfortable guiding end users through system navigation, workflow changes, and basic troubleshooting - even without formal training experience.
You will work as a peer-level support resource, assisting in small group sessions, one-on-one coaching, and floor support during training and go-live. Prior EPIC certification is
not required .
Responsibilities: Support end-users in learning how to use EPIC during training sessions and go-live Provide hands-on guidance with workflows and navigation based on your EPIC experience Offer real-time assistance to new users in clinical or non-clinical settings Reinforce proper use of system functionality and promote best practices Escalate issues to certified trainers or IT support when necessary Maintain a helpful and professional presence on the training floor Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of
hands-on EPIC usage
within the past 3 years (in any module: Ambulatory, Inpatient, Scheduling, etc.) 2+ years of experience in a
healthcare setting
(e.g., medical secretary, unit coordinator, front desk, patient service representative) Familiarity with clinical workflows, scheduling, or patient intake processes Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and patient in high-demand environments EPIC certification or prior training experience is a
plus but not required Required Backgrounds Include:
Registered Nurse (Not necessarily company or RI)
