Job Purpose:
The Project Manager will provide the first level of technical implementation and project management support for the Company's MDU operations including bulk agreements. The position of Project Manager requires an innovative, enthusiastic, organized individual who is highly technically competent regarding MDU builds, installations and operations. Knowledge of systems, procedures, and processes (design, provisioning, pricing, order entry, and billing) in support of MDU agreements and operations will be critical. The successful execution of the position of Project Manager will result in a high degree of customer satisfaction, which will advance the position of the entire Company as a whole.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for overall project coordination
Assuring the proper ordering, installation, and billing coordination for MDU service agreements
Acting as the first level of technical support for the installation of MDU service agreements and implementations
Providing both pre-sales and post-sales (cutover) support
Serving as customer advocate to other processes (e.g., Provisioning, Product Management) and other entities as required
Developing/maintaining product/service expertise
Participating in sales proposal generation and presentations
Education:
Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Relevant Work Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience Customer service, Sales or operations experience preferred
Special Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of network services, design, provisioning, order entry, contract and pricing systems in support of products and services Strong technical knowledge of a full array of complex network services representative of the market segment
Strong communication skills (oral and written) Project management experience
Good customer contact skills (including negotiation and presentation)
Excellent office automation skills (word processing, spreadsheets, database, and business graphics)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $91,000
