As a Stock Lead, you are the primary owner of the stockroom, overseeing processing, product placement, and transfers. Your role is to maintain a safe and efficient stockroom, ensuring customers find the products they want. You lead by example, promoting high standards and a positive environment. You work closely with your Store Manager to train and develop stock associates, empowering your team through encouragement and feedback. Description As an UGG Stock Lead, you manage the stockroom where all materials and products are received, stored, organized, picked, counted, monitored, and distributed to meet store needs. You keep the stockroom neat and orderly, practicing safety and security to prevent theft. You ensure all stock processes and policies are understood and followed by your team. You plan for new product arrivals, verify shipments, handle discrepancies, and manage inventory counts. You are responsible for customer charge sends, store transfers, and managing damaged or mismatched merchandise according to company standards. You also maintain a secure key to the store. Beyond stock duties, you assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and productivity goals. You help replenish and display products on the sales floor, following Visual Merchandising standards. On the sales floor, you provide excellent customer service, greet customers, answer questions, and promote product knowledge. You are accessible to customers, addressing their needs and questions, and maintaining a positive attitude to promote the store and brand image. As an UGG Stock Associate, you are a key team member committed to the store's success.
